Using the search words Down Syndrome on the Google seach engine, I came along this site. It is reviewed by Dr. Barbara P. Homeier who is associated with the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. The website gives easy and understandable information on Down Syndrome.

Once again using the Google search engine and typing in the search words Down Syndrome, this website was present. Reviewed by Dr. Rachel A. Lewis who is part of the staff at Columbia University Pediatrics in New York, NY along with Dr. Brian Kirmse who is part of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. This site gives a medical aspect to Down Syndrome along with medical terms to describe screening and tests being done.

Using the Google search engine again and typing in the search words Down Syndrome, the MedlinePlus website emerged. Updated and reviewed by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, an overview of Down Syndrome along with related articles are present to be viewed.

By using the Google search engine and typing in the search words Down Syndrome organizations, the National Association for Down Syndrome's website appeared. Put forth to supply support and information for families with a child that has Down Syndrome. Stationed out of Wilmette, IL, the NADS is a member-based website that gives new information regularly for families.
